19 December 2011 If return is filed online than most probably cheque will issued from State Bank India,Income tax Refund Order,Andheri, Mumbai
Contact to them on
toll free no. 18004259760
Write them a letter about it and send them with wrong cheque and a canceled cheque of you bank a/c and submit a copy of it to your local income tax ward also.
