Sir/madam,
Is it possible to get the refund of Excise Duty paid at the time of Imported if It was registered as a SSI unit?.i.e.M/s.ABC Ltd Purchased Rs.50Lakhs raw material from U.K.At the time of Purchased It has paid Rs.4Lakhs as Excise Duty? Now It wants to get the refund.Is it possible ?
