Please provide me a format of covering letter to give officer for refund of Cess amount mistakenly credited to cash ledger.

10 April 2018 Sir I am applied through online but it is not refunded till now 😑 it is almost 2.5 months ago

10 April 2018 Submit Refund ARN receipt along with copy of your GST registration certificate to your Jurisdictional GST Office,after inspection by a GST officer refund will be credited to the bank account.

10 April 2018 Yes , To submit to jurisdiction officer there required a cover letter I am asking to provide that format for covering letter

10 April 2018 There is no prescribed format; A simple application giving the factual details of excess payment would do.
