Refund of A.Y 2019-20

04 February 2020 Respected sir,
It is found that the refund of assessment year 2019-20 was credited to our bank account but the bank account was under the name Delux express carriers ( Partnership) which has been closed due to change of partnership to LLP and bank account also opened in the name of LLP.
Due to old account closed so we did not received refund and want to refund in LLP A/c. What is the procedures to get refund in new account.?

04 February 2020 Login to E filing income tax and select my account, service request(new) and refund reissue option and update bank account.

04 February 2020 Sir thanks for quick reply but problem is that our new bank account is in the name of Delux express carriers LLP instead of Delux express carriers so PAN also different and same cannot be validate with bank account.

04 February 2020 It will validate only bank account so try for it. Name validate will not be there any how check for it.
