my assessing officer had sent the request to refund banker on 25-mar-2012 for refund due me but on 10-april-2012 i checked the satus on nsdl website its shows the assessing officer has not send the request i asked the assessing officer he told that the sbi refund has stop the refund payments but we have sent the request u will get the refund very soon

Yes, the AO is correct. I am also facing with the same problem since 20th march'12. I think for the audit or any thing purpose the SBI has not sending the refunds till now. Wait for some days.
