Dear all,
My Income Tax refund of Asst.Year 2004-05 and 2005-06 not received yet. I have also a write a one letter to concern authority in spite of the said refund has not come. Tell me what will I do?

IN MY OPINION YOU SHOULD MEET WITH THE IT WARD OFFICIALS WITH THE LEETER , WHICH YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED.

Dear Mr. Patel, You should write a letter to the concerned officer (under whose jurisdiction you are required to file return) at Income Tax Department and also enclose the photocopy of the Return of Income filed by you along with the acknowledged copy of the letter already submitted by you. Meet the concerned officer and submit all this. Hope you will get your refund soon.
