Sir,
I have filed efiling I.T.return A.Y.2012-13 dt. 24.09.2012 and C.P.C, bangalore ITR V - Received 3.10.2012 and claimed refund that year for my Friend. My return and 26 As Amount was tally.My Friend have not received refund till date. I have spoken several times in CPC by Toll Free number. They told me the return is under processed.They have no response. But my friend return filed after the filing and return more people are getting their money back. So please kindly request you to find the solution and give the remedy and and also request you to give the finance minister email.id.

FIRST OF ALL, AS THE RETURN IS UNDER PROCESS , THEN IN THAT CASE ,
1 ) YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR 143(1) INTIMATION ORDER FOR A.Y 2012 -2013 & THAT IS WHY
2) YOU SHOULD CONTACT WITH CPC BANGALORE REGULARLY & (WITH TOLL FREE NO : 1800 425 2229) & ASK THEM DAILY/REGULARLY, WHETHER THE RETURN IS UNDER PROCESS OR NOT, UNLESS & UNTIL YOU GOT 143(1)ORDER.

first of all thank your reply. It is true 100%. But it was know to all and too the Question is why it is getting delay for 143(1). Once again raising the Question that why CPC is not giving proper attention. I need to complaint CPC. Whom should i contact and mail.

You should be updated for refunds. It is issued on the instruction of the FM. Recently all refunds have been stopped till June, 2013 and this the cause of delay. All other issues have duly been delt by the expert I agree with him.
