A taxpayer filed their Income Tax Return (ITR) for Rs 49,008 and expected a refund of Rs 49,111. While Rs 29,008 was correctly deposited into their updated bank account, the remaining Rs 21,000 was mistakenly credited to a different, unknown bank account, despite all refund messages pertaining to the same Assessment Year 2021-22. The user is seeking guidance on how to retrieve the erroneously credited funds and ensure the balance refund reaches their correct account.
