can you send me refund form any one company which have already filed to roc.
because i am not able to fulfill all form. some problem are facing in this regarding.
please solve my query.

we had filed form23c & excess amount is paid than now i want to claim excess amount. in this case file to roc refund form but some problem are facing. point no. 10(a) of refund form not fulfill please help me.
What is Point No. 10(a) in Form 23C?
Generally, point 10(a) asks for the Particulars of the amount for which refund is claimed—this includes details such as:
Date of payment
Amount paid
Mode of payment
Reason for refund
Whether amount relates to shares, fees, or any other payment
You need to fill this section carefully mentioning the exact details of the excess payment made.
Basic steps to fill Form 23C for refund from ROC:
Company Details: Name, CIN, Registered office address, email, etc.
Particulars of refund: In point 10(a), specify:
Date(s) on which excess amount was paid.
Mode of payment (cheque, online transfer, etc.).
Amount of excess paid.
Reason for refund (e.g., excess fees paid, excess share application money received, etc.).
Bank details: The account number and bank name where refund is to be credited.
Attachments: Copy of challan/receipt of payment, board resolution approving refund, details of amount credited to bank, if any.
Declaration: Signed by authorized person.
