I AM IMPORTER TRADER. I IMPORT PVC CLOTH , I SOLD THIS GOODS IN LOCAL(INDIA) MARKET. I PAID ALL DUTY AND I ALSO PAID VAT.

MY QUESTION IS
WHAT ARE THE REFUNDS AND CAN I GET?

CAN I ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OF 4%CVD AND 4%SAD?

06 October 2010 As per the Notification No.102/2007 Custom dated 14.09.2007, the said ADC (SAD) of 4% is refundable, if importer sells the imported goods in the local market &
Collects sales tax from the buyer and pays VAT to respective State Governments.
