I am applying for refund for export of services without payment at the time of application error is please enter N T Notification Availed in correct format (DDD/YYYY ST) As per my knowledge notification number is 828/5/2006 can u help me how can i write in application form so that form can be uploaded

Your query is not clear. You are applying for the refund of service tax paid on export of service. At the same time, you are saying you have not paid the service tax.Furhter there is no tariff and non tariff notification in service tax as you are saying about NT notification. Moreover, you are refering to circlar number rather than notificaiton. Rebate on export of service is allowed under notification number 11/2005-ST dated 19.4.2005.
