Dear sir,
I had a refund of my company for AY 2012-13 but I have not received my refund yet. I also had a telephonic conversation with CPC representative but they told me that my refund is process. How long does a refund takes to process and what can be done at my end?

it usually depends on the amount of refund , if it is huge it will take more time, usually it takes more then 6 months also.
