Refund claim vs. demand intimation

19 August 2012 Inspite of my rectification application and inspite of my letter in this regard to CPC, TCS credit has not been allowed to me, although the same is reflected in Form 26AS, CPC is sending demand notice to me. What should I do ?

19 August 2012 If u have filed online Rectification application by revising ur xml file , then there are chances that u might not have filed ITR form properly..which happens commonly

Better option u file hard copy of ur rectification application to ur ITO and clear your doubts..
