On of the assessee's death occurred on 15.02.2019 whose tds has already been deducted from 1.4.2018 to 15.02.2019

Legal Heir of the deceased assessee will be required to file ITR of such assessee showing particulars of income for the period along with TDS deducted. Income Tax Refund if due will be received once the ITR is processed by the Department
