04 March 2016 I am unable to find TDS certificate from the deductor but 26AS refects correctly.
Can I file return without certificate no. Will I get TDS benefit.

04 March 2016 Irrespective of TDS Certificate, credit is given only on the basis of 26 AS details. Therefore, if you enter all the details as per 26 AS you will get the credit for TDS. In the ITR on the TDS Page in the column 'Unique TDS Certificate Number' enter "PERAS26" (no spaces in between) which the system will accept.

Necessary credit will be granted, and TDS if any will be credited to your bank account.

06 March 2016 Thanks for your advises but the unique TDS certificate no. in the form asks of 8 digits but it is of 7.
What should I do. Pl advise.

12 March 2016 You just have to put the unique certificate number - whether 7 or 8 digits - the system accepts it since the TDS Certificate is system generated, Try it.

14 March 2016 Dear Sir,
After putting seven digit TDS certificate no.it vanishes after pressing "Enter" in form 4S quick filing.

15 March 2016 In that case input PER26AS as stated and the system should take it since it is not essential that you have received all TDS Certificates. In case it still does not accept, you will have to contact the helpline of TIN.NSDL.
