sir,
my client has not received his refund cheque due to some reasons. Now what is the procedure for getting information about the returned cheque and how to get that returned cheque.

lodge a complait/ request with your ITO, he will provide an indemnity and details of your refund , execute the same and submit to him, after that duplicate refund order will be issued ( after expiery of cheque validty)
