claim for refund has been made for some previous year and in website of income tax department it is showing that refund cheque already encashed so plz tell me what should i do?

OBTAIN THE CHEQUE NO. CHEQUE DATE FROM THE DEPARTMENT AND SEE WHETHER IT IS ACTUALLY CREDITED TO UR ACCOUNT
