Sir, I filed the return on 25.8.2020. ITR e - verified successfully. I checked The status in that The ITR has not been processed. And The refund also not yet received. Please advise what to do next?

It might take 3-5 months, just check if the return is not invalidated. If not then wait for processing.

Once ITR processed refund will be initiated. No need to raise griev.

"Processed" not e-verified.

Let the ITR get 'Processed' & 'Refund issued' status ....... In that case, the refund amount would get credited to your bank account.
