I earned 32k in FY 2016-17 from 194C TDS deducted on my amount which return i have to file for refund

You can file either ITR 3 or ITR 4.If you are not maintaining any books of accounts then go with ITR 4 by declaring income on presumptive basis and get refund of your TDS amount.
