deposited income tax but there is not liability for A.y.2014-15.CAN I RFUND IT?if yes how can? plg guide

Yes you can get it refund.

just file your income tax return if total computation of your income tax lability not exceeds tax already paid balance amount will be refunded to you to your bank accccount or by cheque as details provided at the time of filing income tax return
