TDS deducted & deposited by a company, while filling the return Individual was not aware about TDS Deduction & without claiming the said TDS, filled the Return on dated 15.08.2012 for Assessment Year 2012-13.
Now we came to know about the TDS Deduction which is booked on dated 11.09.2012.
What are the possiblity to claim the TDS refund as return is filled on dated 15.08.2012.

you need to go to your assessing officer,,
he only the person who help you for this, but mind well you need to prepare for scrutiny assessment as there are most chances for such issue.
