19 October 2013 TDS deducted & deposited by a company, while filling the return Individual was not aware about TDS Deduction & without claiming the said TDS, filled the Return on dated 15.08.2012 for Assessment Year 2012-13.

Now we came to know about the TDS Deduction which is booked on dated 11.09.2012.

What are the possiblity to claim the TDS refund as return is filled on dated 15.08.2012.
