We received a refund cheque from income tax but we failed to present it with in the time limit hence it is time barred what is the procedure to collecet it back

If you filed such return through online then submit Refund re-issue request from the efiling site. In case if you filed return manual then place a request with your AO where you filed your return to re-send refund or re-validate the check already received by submitting refund check received.
