26 July 2012 I e-filed my ITR 2 for 2011-12 AY on 19 Jan 2012. Some amount is due to me as refund. No information re status of processing or refund is available on income tax site. Please advise whom should I approach for the refund?

28 July 2012 I called CPC - they informed that they have not received ITR V, though I had forwarded the same with in 6 months of e-filing. Now can I again e file the ITR for 2011-12? Please advise. Or do I have to file it as late Return manually in local ITO. My income exceeds Rs 10 lakhs,
