17 July 2012 FATHER HAS A FDR IN BANK IN A/Y 2012-13.
BUT NOW FATHER HAS EXPIRED. THE BANK GIVE FORM 16A IN THA NAME OF FATHER .

NOW THE SON WANT TO TAKE REFUND BY SUMMIT RETURN SO SON HAS OBTAINED HIS PAN.

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS OPTION AVAILABLE TO SON TO CLAIM REFUND.
