i have efiled ay-2011-12 online return and send ack to banglore i have claimed rs 185000/- refund i just recvd the refund but only 181000 lesser than i claim in the return i have checked 26as it is ok and other calculation i have not recvd any intimation letter from cpc how they calculated the refund was directly credited to my saving ac/c now how to claim additional 4000/- refund please explain in details

Call the call center of CPC and ask them to send another intimation via email. Please check the email with them, they can resend intimation.
