16 February 2011 An assessee refund is pending for rs 320/ for ay 2008-2009.When IT officials are asked they told refund is already issued as per database and asked for indemnity bond.Kindly Summarise all formalities.

an Indemnity Bond in favour of the President of India.

It will be signed by the assessee.

Photocopies and statement of relevant AY's
Acknowledgement , Computation, Balance Sheet and P&L A/c.
*
Photo copy of bank pass book or statement till to date ( this can also be asked.)
