An assessee refund is pending for rs 320/ for ay 2008-2009.When IT officials are asked they told refund is already issued as per database and asked for indemnity bond.Kindly Summarise all formalities.

On a Stamp Paper of Rs. 50 you have to Print
an Indemnity Bond in favour of the President of India.

Photocopies and statement of relevant AY's
Acknowledgement , Computation, Balance Sheet and P&L A/c.

Photo copy of bank pass book or statement till to date ( this can also be asked.)
