How to get Refund Order/Cheque in the name of Legal Heir for filing of Income tax

Firstly get legal heir register on Income tax Website.
There after file return through Legal heir login id.

I am Reg. as a Legal Heir and File a Income tax return but the refund cheque issued in the name of deceased person name

Go for refund reissue in name of legal heir.
