Dear Sir
also let me know how to redeem (Cancel) the Bank Guarantee and Bond at custom port issued against advance license?
once i get redemption letter from DGFT OR Once i completed obligation?

AS per para 4.18 of HBP vol(1) 2009-2014, at the time of issuance the Advance License comply with the law.
and after fulfillment the E.O. & import allowed as per mentioned in licence as well as SION fixation submit the concerned DGFT application .
concerned R.J.D.G.F.T. issue redemption letter one copy in f/o exporter and custom .
on this letter , submit the documents in custom and redemmed the BG & bank guarantee.
