We have issued pref. shares at premium, what will be value of shares at the time of redemption whether it will be redeemed at face value or company have to refund that premium amount which was received at the time of issue ?

07 August 2010 It is depend upon the company to go redemption at par or premium ( Not Fixed). There is no need to return the Premium while issuing the debenture
