06 January 2015 what to do when client has received demand for the year having no income and time limit for filling rectification request is also exhausted?

06 January 2015 You have not given dates when the order was recieved. The options were appeal before CIT(A), petiton u/s 264 and rectification. All have different time period.

The last option is Writ whih is very costly.
