If a person has acquired shares of his family members by fraud then how can those family members reacquire those shares. What is the procedure…..

I myself had querry few days before and i myself got the solution.
Sec 111 of Companies Act 1956 states that the a person can send intimation to CLB within 2 months when the person comes to know about the fraud.
