Rectification of belated income tax return

09 March 2015 I have filled income tax return belated.but forget to enter the full amt. of salary in ITR. Only a few part of salary is entered in ITR due to which tax refund is showing as TDS is correctly deducted. I have still not sent ITRV to CPC Bengluru. What is solution to correct ITR. IS Rectification u/s 154 is possible.

09 March 2015 But it is said by Rectification we cannot add the income which is filled during original return. Is this possible that if we do not sent the ITRV by 120 days then return become invalid. and we can again file the return

09 March 2015 There is no condition that we cannot add the income. If you do not send ITR V , wait for 120 days and file return. It is better option. Remember for time limit only.
