We want to recruit a foreign employee in our organisation from Australia,

Please tell me the process for recruiting & payment details from India to Australia...

Is there any TDS for foreign employee..

Please tell me the suggested books for More information.

You can directly recruit an foreign employee, give them a appointment letter, on salary you have to deduct tds after claiming deduction under chapter VI A of income tax Act
