22 October 2011 If we receive a GTA service in relation to export sale, whether it is exempt under GTA Rules of service tax or not.
please clarify.

24 October 2011 It is exempt under notification number 18/2009- ST. You have to file a declaration as well as file six monthly returns prescribed under above notificaiton.
