I was in full hope of passing IPCC may 2016 first group in first attempt which made me to start reading second group but unfortunately I failed first group. I don't know whether I should attempt in November 2016 first group or second group or I should attempt directly in may 2017 both groups.
Please give suggestions?

Since you were already preparing for the second group before results, try re-attempting only the first group in Nov 2016 with full focus.
After passing first group, you’ll be more confident and can give the second group a dedicated preparation for May 2017.
This staged approach reduces pressure and improves chances of clearing both groups.
