Hi,
Kindly suggest me can an assessee avail the tax waiver in tds on rents.if yes
which form to fill for TDS waiver in case of rent?
Plzzzzzzzzzzz anyone help me on this issue.

Hi
There is no such provision. The assessee can avail the NON TDS only if the annualamount of rent is below Rs. 1,20,000.00

You can apply for NO TDS deduction or TDS at lower rate.
Submit application in form 13 to the assessing officer.
Pl check with the IT PRO on who is the "assessing officer" - whether it is juris officer who assesses your tax or your TDS assessing officer.
The officer will ask information on past tax liability, demand position, tax compliance in terms of tax on income & TDS and other information as he may deem fit.
You can apply for NO TDS deduction or TDS at lower rate.
