Dear Sir,
Please tell, Is it necessary to file details of transporters who have provided their PAN Numbers to the Deductors in the TDS Return For Q3, F.y. 2010-2011 but No TDS is deducted from their Payments.

No need to provide or there is no scope of writing details in the TDS Return
