ROC never asks to provide details of stamp vendor who has provided Stamp Paper for INC-9. There must be something which you must have missed in the Form INC-7. Please provide exact query of ROC.

Ok. Sorry. I just read that you have already put adhesive stamps on it. Do you mean, you have done franking on it or you have attached Stamps? If you have done franking, then ROC should not have asked this query.
