24 October 2016 I have submitted INC-7. Now RoC, Pune marked as Sent for re-submission

My query is RoC marked INC-9 for sending details of the stamp vendor

As it is adhesive stamp which was cancelled by putting initials on it and duly notarized. Now also details of the vendor required

25 October 2016 ROC never asks to provide details of stamp vendor who has provided Stamp Paper for INC-9. There must be something which you must have missed in the Form INC-7. Please provide exact query of ROC.

has been examined and marked as Sent for resubmission with the following remarks-
inc-9 should be on proper stamp paper or provide details of stamp vender

27 October 2016 You might not have stamped INC-9. Have you paid stamp duty on INC-9?

28 October 2016 Ok. Sorry. I just read that you have already put adhesive stamps on it. Do you mean, you have done franking on it or you have attached Stamps?
If you have done franking, then ROC should not have asked this query.

So I have to get once again INC 9 on impressed paper

29 October 2016 Oh that's sad. I guess, they have not seen the franking on INC-9.
