28 June 2015 Sir, a small company whose AGM was held on 30.09.2014 , has yet to file Form 23AC and 23ACA for F.Y.2013-14.How to count the period of delays and filing of additional fees as on 30.06.2015.Can it file the same on 30.06.2015.Please help.Thanks.

29 June 2015 For filing of Form 23AC & Form 23ACA privision of 300 days will not apply. You can file these form even after the delay of 300 days.
