Sir,
Is there any provision for submitting returns ( for rectification ) after completion of assessment? If so under what circumstances it can be done ?

No after assessment u cannot file a return again.U can file an application u/s 154 for rectification of errors/ommissions apparent from record

If the assessment is completed u/s. 143(3) or u/s. 147 then no revised return can be submitted. However you can submit the application u/s. 154.
