I am an Individual, proprietor of Two Concerns which are under audit i have to file the revised returns for the A.Y. 2009-10. Hw can i file them.
Shall i have to merge both the balance sheet and profit and loss account for the both the concerns as well as personal balance sheet.

Kindly give u r opinion....

22 May 2010 As per my knowledge, you may prepare no. of Trading and Profit & Loss Account, but prepare only one consolidated Balance Sheet. That the Auditor certify that the of Mr. A - like that only. Moreover, Department of Income Tax maintain the file in the name of the Proprietor (in case of Propritor concern) not in your Est. name.
