16 January 2019 SIR, MY MOTHER HAVE AN FD JOINTLY WITH MY FATHER IN BORODA BANK. BOTH MY FATHER AND MOTHER IS ABOVE 80 YRS OLD AND HAVE NOT FILED ANY INCOME TAX. MY FATHER FILLED 15H FORM FOR TDS INTEREST. DESPITE THAT THE SAID BANK HAD DEDUCTED TDS INTEREST. NOW, MY QUESTION IS HOW MY FATHER GET BACK THIS INTEREST IF HE IS A NON FILER OF TAX?
