Re export of damaged goods

21 September 2010 Sirs.,
The case is as follows:
A has imported a machine from Italy. The machine was sold High Seas Sale basis to B.
Now B wants to send it back to Italy for repair. The machine will be reimported back after repair. No drawback is claimed as machine will be reimported back after repair.

Now my queries are as follows:
1. Who should export the machine ...A or B.
2. and in whose name should the machine be reimported..?

27 September 2010 The eprson who has got the goods cleared at the time of import should export the machine for repair.

Pre-cation needs to be taken for the identification of the machine other wise customs will ask for the duty at the time of re-importation.

The person who bought the machine on high sea sale basis is the owner of goods now.
