04 November 2015 As per ROC MCA site the Registration Fee payable on Authorised Capital Rs.20 lacs is Rs.66000/- for MOA
I have been told it is Rs.22000 for small company.
How to know what amount is payable for a company with Authorised Capital of Rs.20 Lacs.

Please advise.
