RCM on security gurard expenses

Our Security guard provider is not a company and they are charging GST to us. As per GST Provisions we are supposed to pay RCM. Please tell us whether we will credit if we pay GST to Service provider and even then we are liable for RCM?

Pay GST on RCM basis and take credit and don't pay GST amount to service provider
