I AM GTA SERVICE RECEIVER AND REGISTER UNDER GST ACT - Should I pay RCM ON TRANSPORTATION

The proposal is to suspend reverse charge on services received u/s 9(4) and not services received u/s 9(3) of the CGST Act. RCM is applicable on transportation services as per Section 9(3) of the CGST Act. Hence you need to discharge GST on transportation services received.
