in which head(CGST OR SGCT OR IGST) payment of reverse charge on services reveived from GTA will be made because my transporter is interstate unregistred

The place of supply is the place of recipient of services. If the supplier is outside state, then IGST applies. If it is local transporter CGST+SGST will apply.
