RCM ON CONSULANCY FEE

I Have paid GST consultancy fee of Rs 5,000 to a Unregistered Person, Should i Pay RCM on that fees amount ? Please suggest me for the above query.

If you have paid to an advocate then you will have to pay rcm otherwise no need to pay...If he is not advocate just take a bill from the service provider proving that he is not advocate.
