I am a proprietor give a cab on rent to a company issue invoice till December With 12 % GST now from January i want to Issue on RCM basis is it possible.

Hi,
Cab service comes under RCM purview wef 01-Oct, however u can raise invoice without tax and should be mentioned " Service recipient to pay GST under RCM".
