IF I PAY RENT OF OFFICE TO URD RCM IS APPLICABLE ON RENT PAID?

RCM not applicable if the transaction made between the registered perosn to URD upto September 2019 u/s Section 9(4) of CGST Act, section 5(4) of IGST Act & Section 7(4) of UTGST Act .
